Corrections

This publication treats being correctable as part of its method. When an error of fact, citation, or evidence characterisation is verified, the article is corrected with a dated note at the point of change, and the correction is recorded on this page permanently — including what was wrong and why.

Where a correction affects a pattern in the register, the change is entered in that pattern’s longitudinal history, visibly. Patterns that are narrowed, contested, or discarded stay in the register with their full record; nothing is quietly rewritten.

To report a suspected error or challenge a finding, use the feedback route. Substantive challenges and their outcomes appear in the “you said, we did” ledger there.

No corrections have been required yet. This line will change, and when it does, that is the system working.
